I was sitting in the parking lot plaza of this restaurant last Friday evening. I saw it, looked up the reviews and came based on them. I will pay it forward and tell anyone thinking of trying this burger place, YES COME HERE! I grew up eating Five Guys in Miami and frankly I haven't found the locations in Ontario to equal that experience. However, this Fresh Burger location is the perfect match! The quality of the meat is superb, well-seasoned burger, toasted buns and melted cheese. The fries are the closest you will find to perfection. The employees have the most pleasant attitudes. My sister and I live in Mississauga and drive all the way here for the #1 combo. We are great cooks, but I even come here for lunch. We have eaten here at least 4 times since we tried them out 1 week ago. We are now loyal customers. Keep up the great work guys and we'll keep coming!

My favourite burger place in Vaughan. It's just so straight up with no BS. Just good burgers at a decent price, and the fries are great too. Staff are excellent too, really impressive. They will remember you and always greet you with legitimate enthusiasm. Burgers are the star though. Forget the smoke and mirror of Burgers Priest and especially Holy Chuck , I'd take Fresh Burger all day.
Ordered 4 burgers and 2 fries for my family. Repeated the order twice for clarity. When I opened the bag in my kitchen, I discovered 1 burger and 2 fries. Three burgers missing from my order. Three people went hungry at dinner. Three stars deducted from this review. Do better.

My first visit was not as expected for a new burger restaurant in the area.. Cashier was not very friendly or welcoming when I walked to the cash. I placed my order and he answered my questions as if I was bothering him. Besides that road bump.. I took the food to go and ate when I got home. The burger was perfectly done, nice fresh toppings and perfect amount of condiments. Fries were not hot due to the drive, but they were amazing when I tasted a few fresh and hot out of the bag. I'd definitely eat here again and inside to experience everything fresh and hot. I recommend trying them out. Besides this one not so happy and friendly cashier/cook.. I give it 4 stars, but that's for the food quality. Customer service needs to be addressed.
