I have been getting my hair died with Tiffany for years. I have also had my hair done by Laura and Christal in the past and I have always left smiling! They are amazing! I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to get a great hair die, ombré, or funky colour! Remember everyone’s face shape, hair texture and pigment is different so I find the best thing is to ask the colourist what would look great for your own hair. I have also received a Scalp Treatment there which was amazing! Everyone who works there is very nice and professional, they also do waxing and nails!
I visited last week. The overall experience was ok. They were taking the necessary Covid precautions and they were asking the clients to fill out a health check form on the day of the appointment before arriving for the services. My only concern was with the services. If you go for something complex which requires skill, like sugaring (Brazilian) then they are not up to the mark. After one min I had to ask the aesthetician to switch to basic waxing as I couldn’t take the pain any more. Also, I saw hair breakage from the technique she was using. I would like to add, I have a high pain tolerance and very comfortable with sugaring (Brazilian). I usually do it in downtown or myself but downtown salons are closed and as I live near by I went there rather than pulling on my skin myself So firstly that was a little disappointing. Following that, I had a hair trim appointment. The same aesthetician started cutting my hair. I did not have a problem with it but she was definitely not skilled. She had to trim by inch where she did a decent job, but she kept pulling my hair , she did not know how to handle my hair as if it was her first time with hair n a scissors ... her technique also looked very dated and wen I got home I had to equalise my front layering.... Lastly, the charges were also pretty high. The disastrous waxing was for 60. Where as I get sugaring done for 50 in downtown which includes taxes and tip! The haircut was for 50... overall I paid 143 after taxes and tip... I will not recommend this salon to anyone.. The three stars because 1. They were taking Covid precautions 2. The salon was clean 3. The staff was nice No score for skill and price!!
Absolutely love Hairology and all the staff! Christal has an amazing team and each and every staff member are amazing and will keep you coming back Would highly recommend this salon to everyone 100%!!
I bought a Groupon and tried them on Saturday. It was worth every penny and more! I LOVE my hair! Jocelyn cut my hair and she's AMAZING!!! Beyond happy with my experience. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely return in the future.

I got a cut, leave in treatment and blow dry from Laura. It was a great experience! She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Offered me advice on maintenance products. I will be back!
Bought a groupon..booked an appointment..smooth sailing .the girl who did my hair very nice ..my hair is a mix of african indian so I was glad someone knows how to handle it ..she did a great job on my highlights and cut. I would go there again just because they know how to handle my type of hair . The service was good and the staff was friendly and they cared
