very poor customer service inside and outside of the store. employees do not answer the phone and when they do, they don't greet clients at all, they simply place them on hold. nor do they acknowledge customers in store. i had to call customer service just for an item check! it's evident that my money is valued elsewhere. so i will not be returning to this location, specifically.

Great place to shop for your band or pop culture merch. Love the store and the associates are amazing at this location
Nice store. It's what you would describe as "edgy" with a lot of edgy stuff like chockers with spikes on them. There is rock music playing in the background aswell. The store sells a lot of movie merch, mostly from anime merch. The stuff here is pretty expensive, 3 scrunchies costed me over 16. The store is pretty small and mostly never crowded. Would recommend to go here if you don't want to buy movie merch online, or just want to get something edgy.

Pretty cool. Sweaters are pretty expensive and there selection isn't that big but the employees are nice
Alrighty, where to start. This place is wonderful, and has the perfect atmosphere for a hot topic. I’ve never had one bad experience with the staff, and they are all very friendly, and help you with whatever you need. The music is always amazing, and they even play some more mainstream alt music. Overall an amazing place to shop, and i’d definitely recommend it.
