Valuable lesson learned today: I was cleaning out my ears after taking a shower (which is my usual routine) and accidentally lodged the cotton portion of the Q-tip in my ear. I realized this after pulling out the Q-tip to find no cotton on it. I did some research and almost panicked after coming across an article about one individual who developed a major infection after leaving a piece of cotton in his ear for over month. I debated on whether I should just go visit a walk-in clinic or visit professionals. I decided on calling the House of Hearing Clinic Inc who I found on Google and despite this pandemic, they managed to book me in today. After my visit today, I must say that the overall experience was outstanding! I had the pleasure of meeting Aliya who was the hearing instrument specialist who helped me out/was able to remove the piece of cotton stuck in my hear and I honestly cannot thank her enough for her kindness and advice, not to mention her beautiful smile!

Booking an appointment online was super quick and easy, I got inspected by the doctor as soon as I arrived. Fortunately I wasn’t in need of a cleaning and I was happy to in and out of there so quickly. The staff was super friendly and helpful giving other tips as to why I may have discomfort. Would definitely recommend the Vaughan location due to how great my experience with the staff was!

Wonderful experience! We took our 18 month toddler for his basic audio tests and I must say that the staff including the doctor were very welcoming. The doctor conducted the tests very professionally and explained us all the tests and its results thoroughly. I highly recommend this clinic.

I lost my hearing after a brain surgery that I had on 2016. I was looking for hearing test and apply for a hearing aid in my area in Brampton. My daughter found this center by google review the best and advised me to go there. This is the best advise that I got. Meeting this team is these two angles is the best thing that happened. They are super nice and kind and FULL OF CARE just like your own family member. I would recommend them to whoever needs hearing care. No matter how far your are...It worth any kilometer that you driver here. Just two words: EXCELENT CARE
