I got my surface screen repaired from the shop and they charged me 220, 40 for labour and 180 the cost of the screen. However two days later! My screen broke. There was pressure variation on my screen due to the edge being slightly dent from previous accident. I wish they had told me from the start that my screen is not fixable instead of wasting my money. I went back to discuss alternate options and they were extremely unhelpful. All they did was offer to fix it for another 180. No point in wasting more money. They need better customer service and communication. Make sure you don’t get robbed ur money at this place!

Staff are professional and very knowledgeable, especially T, he's smart, fast and thorough. Prices are good and most services come with a 90 day warranty. Took my phone here three times now 1. Smashed screen 2. Proximity sensor issue 3. Smashed phone backing. Each time they fixed it quickly and gave me a lot of info on what they did. Couldn't be happier and won't think of anywhere else to get my phone fixed.
My S10 screen broke along with the LCD. Everybody around was qutoing me 400 without even looking the phone. I went to these guys and he took a look and said it would only cost 370. This phone was worth 700 then so of course I'd fix it. Dropped off the phone and he called me a few hours later and it was done. As simple as it gets. Phone works great and everything. Also 1 year warranty is greatly appreciated. Definitely go to them if you need something fixed right
He replaced my SurfacePro 5 screen with a knockoff unit for 250. Told me it was OEM. He did not show any packaging or box. Just took my tablet and did the replacement in the room behind the cash counter. Would only take cash. Did not provide receipt. He took down my number, apparently for warranty, but did not share what is covered and for how long. The screen cracked within a week during just normal use. It was never dropped or pressed hard. When I asked for a replacement, he offered to charge me again 200. I wish had read these reviews about his screen repair nightmare. Stay away guys, look for other shops.
I brought my phone here after I dropped it and broke the screen. The service was polite, efficient and after price shopping it seemed the most reasonable. However less than a week later, in the same spot as my previous break a black spot appeared on my phone and when I pushed on it the whole bottom of my phone stopped working. My phone had been well protected as I just paid to have the screen fixed so it had to be from a faulty screen/fix. When I brought the phone back in, they very rudely told me that I did this by pushing on my phone. They were very combative and unwilling to re-fix my phone unless I wanted to pay for it again. They were very rude when I tried to communicate with them and I would never use this service again
