Went For Online Order To Pick Up For Some Decorations For My client. Need To Text The Number Mentioned On the Sign There. Wasn’t Aware Of It.. Anyways Got My Order & Everything Was Great!!

I placed an order on April 2, 2021from the website for click and collection. The order placed successfully and I received the confirmation to pick up my order on April 2, 2021 between 8PM to 9PM. When I get to Ikea to pickup my items, I find out that the store is closed. I had to leave my work early to pickup my order and had to drive for 25 minutes just to find out that store is closed. You should be respectful for your customer's time. Please do not send confirmations to you customers saying pickup between 8PM to 9PM When you know that store will close at 7PM.

Have gone twice in the last few months, always with another person. The first time we went, it was dangerously packed with people on the weekend. I am talking side by side, hovering over each other. And during a pandemic, this does not bode well for myself and many other customers. We had to wait in line for about 20 mins to enter. We were able to buy a couple of nice hand towels and regular towels. The second time was later in the evening during the week and hardly anyone was there. But some customers had no masks on! We were able to find the bathroom cabinet we were looking for however always make sure to ask questions about the product. We didn't realize that the product itself had to be wall mounted until reading the instructions and purchased extra legs that were not required. Had to wait approximately 30 minutes for a picker to get us the product. IKEA is filled with wondrous ideas. Make sure you going in with ideas and questions.
