Very bad customer service l. I buy a expensive jacket from their but the size was not fit and when I go their to exchange the manager lady was very rude and arguments with me so I waste my money. I recommend you all do not go that store for shopping l. I had very bad experience

While the quality of the product isn't the greatest so to say, it is perfect for the price you pay. Our 14 year old needed a 1 time wear suit for his grade 8 grad and this was the best price anywhere. Everywhere else was at least 2 1/2 times more including rentals! I highly recommend them!

Stay away from this store the quality of the product is horrible we tried to return. They offered an exchange but do not have the product in the right size. So they told us to find another location. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I cant the manager is on vacation there are no refunds that's it. Stay away from this place the zippers are plastic and break very very easily they will not stay behind d the product they sell. The cashier shrugged st me and basically said its isnt his problem.

Here is the thing, I never leave one star reviews. I only try to let people know about the good. But I can’t believe what just happened at this store. I bought a jacket here and within a DAY AND A HALF the zipper had just fallen off. I was so sad because I really did love the jacket, it was the warmest I owned. I tried to return it today and the guy said no returns only exchanges while they didn’t have my size in the jacket I wanted and I didn’t like anything else. He literally shrugged us off. Said nothing he could do, go somewhere else. My husband was not ok with that answer. He refused to let us talk to a manager (I’m not dumb enough to beleive any responsible business would only have one manager and no one to fill in.) I understand stores have policies but don’t just shrug your shoulders at me and say oh well. It is terrible how they allow their customers to be treated

It is my favorite store. I am a person over 70 years old but very active and this store covers all ages. The quality of the different goods is very good but the most important are the prices, I would say that they are insurmountable.
