The gentleman who helped me was so nice and so friendly and explained everything to me so well. He had said he comes down every so often from North Bay!!! He knows what he is talking about and did everything he could to help me out to the fullest! Vaughan Mills Koodo should keep him here.

Came here the other day to buy a phone. Waited about 15 minutes and by that time there was a line up behind me. They could've used a few more employees on the floor for sure. It was around 8PM so it's possible people were on break. Anyways, the rep discouraged me from buying the phone that I went to buy (he had good reasons) and did provide some good alternatives. However I left feeling like I wasted my time because I didn't get the phone I went for after waiting that long. They need more staff.
Staff members were socializing and eating for at least 30 mins. One staff seemed to not want to do the work to assist us. Complete slow motion and suggesting other stores to visit. I will not be coming here again.
Very friendly staff! I set up my 2nd line quickly and efficiently! Very pleased!!
