I had a great experience with Kumar Diamonds. I told them exactly what I wanted and my budget and they made exactly that. Nick is super meticulous and detailed oriented and he made sure every single detail of my wedding band and engagement ring was perfect. I highly recommend Kumar Diamonds.

My fiance purchased my ring from Kumar Diamonds and it was absolutely stunning. They worked together to customize my ring and added so much personal touches. From there we had to get my ring sized and it was done in a timely manner with additional diamonds that were added to it, to my surprise. From the moment I received my ring I knew exactly where I was going to get my finances wedding band from. I needed the wedding band for our religious engagement and I honestly gave them less than 6 weeks to create it. We worked together to discuss what I wanted. 2 weeks later I brought my fiance to get sized. In doing so, I ended up making more changes with 4 weeks left to go. We scheduled a Tuesday to pick up my ring but we had to move it to the following day. I went into the store on Wednesday. I was completely blown away. The additional day was used to prefect the ring. From the personal customizations, the finish, the diamonds, the fit and the engraving. Everything surpassed my expectations. Nick provided wonderful customer service, and the accommodated my schedule. It was a completely amazing experience for me. And I would recommend Kumar Diamonds!

Owner seems shady. As the previous post mentioned, there is extremely long lead times when ordering. Do not take their word when they provide you with a delivery date. I also had to get my ring made twice as they did not confirm the final product before production. Not very professional in my opinion and I suggest you proceed with caution. My fiancée did love her ring when it was finally ready. Hence why I’m giving them a 3 star rating.

Came into this place bc heard about it via social media marketing. Got an engagement ring and a wedding band for my wife. The delivery date was late by one week so I received the ring on the date of my flight departure for which i missed my flight because nick showed up late. When I got the rings the engraving was diagonally tilted when it was supposed to be straight. I took my then fiance to the area of proposal and the ring didnt fit bc the size was too small but hey, the wedding band fit so I just used that which means both rings were different sizes!. They wrote the correct size down when we ordered, i had to take in this proof when i brought it to their attention. Then they delayed and delayed and delayed to get the ring to us but had us come to the store each time. We went to the store over 10 times and about 7 times we had to wait and wait and wait. Finally we said we cannot keep coming anymore only to be given another excuse and then sent away. THIS TIME!! THEY FORGOT TO ENGRAVE IT ALL TOGETHER!!! Now they said COME BACK! and so helplessly we did and what happened on this final pick up date? Nick tried to explain to us that it was our fault as we rushed him and didnt give him enough time. Our response? Listen Nick, we asked you to be honest with us about the timing and if you were not able to make it by a certain date, tell us and we could adjust our schedule prehand compared to time of. What a horrible experience. The rings look simple, only the diamonds look nice(which they did not manufacture of course as they buy from wholesaler). Also when choosing the ring style they wouldnt not draw anything on paper or show us any illustration. Do not go here unless you want a liar, with a licence plate that arrogantly displays "BOSS", to ruin your once in a life time wedding ring experience.
