the best customer service I have ever received. The employees are very kind and helpful. they approach you instead of running away from you, help you find the exact style and size of jeans that fits you best and will run back and forth just to make sure you are satisfied. I just gave birth to my daughter and struggled to find jeans that make me feel good, but a young lady named Sehr helped me find jeans and was very kind. the store was busy but she ran back and forth made sure i was satisfied. I've never had this experience at any other store where employees focus on me. Thank you Levis management for training your employees to value their customers. Definitely recommend this store and I will be coming back.

When I entered the store there was advertisement in every feet of the store : 50% on the second item. I chose two pairs of 511 Levi's. When I came to pay the girl at the checkout said that there is no discount on washed jeans though the advertisement on the shelf of this jeans! Only after 15 minutes after calling the manager and very unpleasant situation for me I got the discount as advertised. I don't recommend to buy in store where they change the bill at the checkout.

Literally the best quality jeans that look soo cute and they always have really good deals. The customer service here is top notch. friendliest employees and super knowledgable, they always find me exactly what I'm looking for and speak to you like your there friend. the Aritzia next door should really learn a thing or 2 from the employees here.

Levi’s Canada in general is terrible. They treat employees like they’re disposable and have no issue telling that to your face. I am disabled and Cannot wait a long time I cannot stand I ask the store personnel in front of the store do you let disable people in anything know they have to wait he thought I was struggling to stand he did not care he would not add his manager for permission for disable person to come in and shop and spend money in the Store That tells me not to shop the again let people know they don't care about disabled people I was going to spend a few dollars there I guess they don't need my money
