Love the website. Everything is very straightforward. Everything I’ve purchase is exactly as they described. I have full confidence in the descriptions of what they’re selling. I’ve made two mistakes using the website and called them up. They were quick to resolve the issue and they even remembered me since I’ve won a few auctions! Very pleasant experience. I try to tell everyone I know about this place!

They have a wide range of products available and all of them are tested and in good condition. On one of the auctions that I won, I paid for shipping charges and ended up picking up the item myself. They immediately contacted me to refund the shipping charge. And were also extremely professional to replace/refund an item I was not satisfied with. Anna is great and very friendly!!
Have participated in a few of their auctions and you can definitely find some nice gems. They have been super great at helping me get my wins into the car and are quick to find my order even without calling ahead. Definitely will be coming back for more!

I live a 1.5hr drive from the store front and was driving to the shop to pick up my order when I came into heavy traffic halfway through my drive on the 401. I called them immediately and let them know my GPS arrival time was when the store closed. The young lady gave me her phone number and stayed much later than she normally stayed after work so ai could pick up my order. I'm so sorry I wish I could remember your name... you went above and beyond and I am so thankful!! You were understanding, courteous, helpful, and empathetic to my situation and it turned my whole day around because I thought I would have driven all that way and left empty handed. Top notch service! The product was exactly as described and I am happy to say I have placed bids on this week's auction too. Highly recommend.
I had the pleasure of playing the auction on their website, got a lot of good quality brand items at a great price. Always a good experience , haven't had any issues. The staff at liquidationmania are extremely nice , patient and attentive whenever I have a question regarding the products I wasn't sure about 100%. All in all I will be continuing to play the auction and hope to get more great deals :)
