This store has very trendy clothes. I always shop when Kristen is working. She’s very friendly and helpful with putting outfits together. I don’t receive the same service from many of the other sales associates. If she is not working I recommend asking for Stephanie who is also very good. However, management needs to be improved at this location.

Received a sweater for Christmas and wore for an hour and there was a huge rip on the seam sleeves. I went to the Store with my tag and receipt and the manager refused to let me do an exchange. You should own up to your product quality. I was a regular shopper but you’ve lost a customer because you were unwilling to take a loss. Not customer service oriented what so ever. I only asked for an exchange but apparently that was too much to ask. Don’t shop here. I’ll be telling friends and family too.

Extremely bad customer service. I came in the store yesterday to return an item or get a store credit but instead I was treated poorly by one of the sale associates, Ella. She did not address my concern/issue appropriately. I was misinformed about the return and exchange policy, however I believe that It is the staff responsibility to politely explain it to the customers and not respond with condescending remark such as " We are doing you a favor!". It is awfully unprofessional and rude. I will not go back to the store because of such dissatisfactory service. It would be highly beneficial to the store if staff are properly trained on good customer service especially when handling a complaint.

It's very obvious they are on a commission or bonus plan they only greet you if your nicely dressed, or if you pick up an item, they will only give attention if you pick up a bunch of items. Once you hit the fitting room they will say whatever they think you want to hear so you can buy. And heaven forbid you change your mind on an item they give a lot of attitude and a lot of unprofessional side conversations. I stopped shopping at m for a while because I of this but I went in for something to wear last minute and the same old bad pushy customer service.

I will never shop here again. The people who work here are rude, shallow & ignorant! Can you imagine walking into a store where you are instantly judged & criticized, based solely on the size YOU wear, although you are shopping for someone else? No one deserves that! They only sell up to size 10 & the sales staff ridicule anyone who doesn't fit their mold! How is that any different from racism? Disgusting & unacceptable!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS TRASH DUMP! I wish I could give it 0 stars, that’s what it truly deserves. - - I bought one of those crystal tops from them. First of all, it was so expensive and secondly, IT RIPPED WITHIN 3 HOURS OF ME WEARING IT! THE SLEEVE CAME OFF AND THE CHAIN BROKE!!!! They sell nothing but garbage at ALL M STORES, NOT JUST THIS ONE. Also, they are so money hungry that they act so forceful and breathe down your neck when your trying things on to make sure you buy it by throwing fake compliments at you like “that looks amazing on you!” Even though you can see right through the shirt! Seriously, you are paying all this money for RUDE service and CHEAP dollar store quality clothes.
