I researched for a entire year, looking for the best place to get the fractional laser done. I came across only a handful of locations with great reviews, however after contacting all of the clinics once I had narrowed them down, Mederm Esthetics was the only location that took their time with me and who were really nice over the phone. Not snobby or dry. When your not only going to spend a lot of money to have a treatment done, but also putting your face into someone else’s hands literally you need to know your going to be in a positive & professional environment. Maria was amazing from the moment I walked in. She has a very fun and up beat personality. She made me feel very comfortable and she did a beautiful job with the procedure. I would recommend anyone to go there. It was such a wonderful experience. Thank you!

It took me some time to write this review, I wasn't sure the reason why my laser treatment didn't work, well, apparently is the machine. After 5 sessions with Maria, the hair under my arms kept growing, total waste of money and time. 6 months after this I went to another true professional and now my hair is gone, in a much more difficult area. I would like to add that Christine is very nice and knowledgeable, and I am sure they are great on all the other services they provide, but the hair laser removal just didn't work for me with this machine.

The entire team at Mederm Esthetics are amazing and knowledgeable. My skin has significantly improved and hyperpigmentation and melasma has almost completely disappeared in one session. I booked my first appointment with Mederm Esthetics for the first time for fractional resurfacing for my large 10 cm scar on my upper left arm. I have had this hypertrophic scar with pink pigment for more than 14 years now, and was hiding it because it was unattractive and was even considering on doing surgery. However, I decided to give Mederm Esthetics a try to see if I can avoid that. After just one session the scar was much smoother and the colour had lifted significantly. I’m very pleased with the results. Looking forward to my next session. I can’t thank you enough!
