Misdiagnosed repeatedly by 2 doctors. Kept being sent back home. I was iventually advised to go on antidepressants. Moved to another surgery and the doctor diagnosed me right within 5 minutes. I have been on medication for my stomach since then, and I have been doing better and better but will never-ever forgive or forget how I was treated by the doctors here-my condition is now permanent and the delay in getting diagnosed did not help!!Pleased to see reviews are not good. It used to be a good surgery but staff, including doctors, don't care about patients I am afraid. Nurses used to be good here, quite caring and they listen.

After waiting and listening to the recorded messages over and over again I did not want a repeat perscription to actually eventually have some one answer was great after at least 20 minutes and I am very fortunate to generally have good health so rarely phone only to be told that they were too busy today for my request and to phone back next week this is not good enough for a receptionist to judge what is extremely important for future generations in my family but not to her today !!!!

This is a good Dr's practice. I've recently had to go in to see the nurses on a daily basis after a stay in hospital and they bent over backwards making sure I got my appointments despite them being very busy and often fully booked. The one negative point is that despite spending a fortune expanding the practice there still aren't enough staff on reception or manning the phones. I had to wait for over ten minutes for someone to answer.

Horrible service. Not even once have I come here to have my problem addressed in due time, without mistakes and being sent back home just to try again some other day. No respect for the patients' time whatsoever. I had a phone consultation yesterday and I was told my prescription was waiting for me at the pharmacy, only to go there and find that the doctor forgot to hit \send\ and could not take time off his lunch break to address this issue. I ended up having to wait for half an hour only for them to send me home because they could not get hang of the doctor. And this was only one of the many times I have been disrespected at this clinic.
