Very bad customer service. All they want to do is sell you anything, and they will LIE to you and DECEIVE you. They will be super nice to you when they want to sell you something, but the complete opposite when you want to return something, or if they know that you're just asking questions without the intent of buying anything at that moment. When returning anything they will grill you and they will try to make the experience very bad for you with about a bunch of employees surrounding you while you're returning something

The associate that helped me today was Nagi. She is absolutely the epitome of great customer service. Meaning, she wasnt just there to just sell me something, she was invested in what the occassion was and built a great store experience.

Very satisfied with my purchases, staff was extremely helpful with providing a selection for me to choose from which met my criteria for curb side pickup; I was really pleased with the discount I received as member and my birthday coupon; also I was able to return something I ordered online without an issue and staff was very welcoming and friendly made me feel like I was actually in the store thank you.
