I went to two Michael Kors outlets on the same day and my experience was night and day. At Toronto premium outlet Michael kors, the employees were courteous, asked me if I need help and answered my questions. At the Vaughan mills Michael kors, if they don't know how to help you they just try to ignore you, hoping that you leave the store. They just keep passing the tasks to their colleagues and if they don't know how to help, they just ignore you. Theres a lot of workers just standing around and doing nothing. At one point they were just gossiping with their coworkers about how upset the previous customer was and left while I stood there for more than 30 minutes. When I tried to check out, the teller took a mini break and just walked away when it was my turn. Instead of speeding up the process knowing the customer was upset for waiting, they try to prolong the whole process. Worst customer service. they just pretend to do work

Excellent service and lot of handbag collections love this store. Need to shop during 60% plus additional 25% deal. This is worth the price and purchase. Spending time here is fun but not during the weekend it's too much crowded. The best store in this mall. I love visiting this store. I recommend this store to all MK brand lovers.
I had about 30 people in front of me, I was on line for more than 1 hour without anyone coming in/out of store. The lady standing by the entrance was so busy with engaging in unecessary discussion with another customer outside the store. It's just crazy

Associates including managers are very unprofessional and ignorant. Associate who was in shoes department was very rude to almost every customer and gave me wrong information because she was too lazy to find out the right information. When I reached to manager still no help. In general they are not welcoming at all, no smile no greeting they are way too serious.
I purchased one bag from this store ! Superb staff excellent service !!!
