5 star for products (made in Germany) and zero stars for service and customer service (far from German quality standards). Your average long wait times on hold in attempt to get appliances serviced. Archaic service appointment system where you are not able to book ahead of time. You are expected to be able to clear your schedule for a tech to come, within a 24 hour notice. Unbelievable.

I ordered washing detergent yesterday, and they are here today in my Highlands home! Thanks for the great service and the best detergents!

CUSTOMERS BE AWARE! I purchased Scout RX2 vacuum robot two years ago. Presently the robot broke down. Since the warranty is over, I was told by Miele customer and repair center that they DO NOT REPAIR robots, that only what I can do is buy a new one. SHAME ON YOU MIELE!!! If I new, when I was buying it that it cannot be repair, I would NEVER buy IT!!! You falsely advertise customers!!! I will never buy anything from Miele!

I had a great experience purchasing twin dos products for my washer. Very friendly, positive customer service. The covid protocols were upheld to a fantastic standard. Super clean environment, and I received my detergents quickly. Thank you!

We ordered several appliances 11 months ago. Today they came to deliver the appliances (except the dishwasher which isn’t available until a January 2021 ... 1 whole year?!?!). Instead of the fridge we ordered, they sent us a B model damaged fridge that isn’t even the model we ordered. Of course we didn’t accept it and when we called to point out the error, they wanted to charge us a restocking fee?!?!

I ordered the coffee machine CM5300 on Nov 30 around 10pm for #### which was on sale. The CM6350 was on sale for ####. On Dec 1 around 10 pm I came to the conclusion that the cm6350 would be a better fit for me. So I called first thing in the morning on Dec 2 to inquire about being able to upgrade to the CM6350 for the previous sale price of ####. Miele would not do that. I asked for the order to be cancelled since I knew I would not like the cm 5300 anymore. Miele did cancel the order but wants a 10% cancellation fee even though the machine hasn’t left the ware house yet. I am saddened that I can’t get the cm6350 for the sale price of ####. But I am livid, LIVID because Miele wants to charge me 10% (about 1##) FOR CANCELING AN ORDER! For about 1## here is what Miele will get: A former customer who will never consider buying Miele again. Ever. I grew up in Germany and moved to Canada about 10 years ago. I have a washing machine and a dryer from my parents still. The machines are 30 years old. The washing machine broke 2 years ago. I bought a Miele washing machine without ever thinking about the price or anything else. I knew what Miele is capable of and I would rave about Miele to anybody who would listen. The dryer still works to this day. I bought a c3 vacuum. Absolutely love it. I would diss Dyson when talking about vacuums with friends and family and tell them how great Mieles vacuum is. That changes today. 10% cancellation fee is all that it took. I am saddened, to turn my back on Miele, but grateful that it only took about 1## to show me how Miele CANADA values it’s customer. By the way, I think I will be buying the Gaggia Cadorna Prestige

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a part for a Miele washer and received a wrong part. I called Miele in Vaughn and spoke with Hema. She requested that I send a picture of the part I needed and they would exchange it. I did as requested. No confirmation of the email or of the refund was send so I followed up a couple of days later and was told refund was being issued and I will received a shipping label to send the wrong part back. Again, no confirmation email, no shipping label. I called in a week and was told the same thing but now clarified that it will take about 2 weeks for the 'accounting department to approve the refund'. None of the time Hema was available for the call although I specifically asked for her (though she was in the office, she preferred to give messages to me through other customer reps). It's been another two weeks and I received absolutely nothing. I don't have the part I need and the money have not been refunded to me; the box with the wrong part is standing in my hallway. Absolutely unacceptable! Will never buy Miele and will not recommend it to anyone

Absolutely disappointed with miele products & and their warranty services. Choosing Miele was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I chose their products for the sleek design and thinking how can you go wrong with German products. Was I ever wrong!!! The fridge broke after 2 months. They ended up replacing it after some repair attempts. The oven broke right after. Got repaired, still doesn’t work the way it should. Now the stove top is half broken. I am at the point of replacing it so I don’t have to deal with their extremely poor warranty services & scheduling. They are rude, disorganized & have no respect for their customers. Never again buying any Miele products. Save yourself & your money from the hassle. NOT WORTH IT.
