Amazing. The staff here are very knowledgeable, and look out for your best interests. My S20 was not connecting to any network after a software update. The staff explained to me my warranty would cover the required replacement, except if there was any physical and/or water damage, which there was wasn't. They fixed my phone by the end of the day, once they received the part from Samsung. I can't speak to the cost of repairs out of pocket, but if they are comparable to other places I would 100% recommend coming here because of the awesome team.
