Amazing buying experience at this dealership! Clean, welcoming, and gave great quick service. I was able to negotiate directly with one of the sales managers, Alex online and once I settled on the price was able to get in and out of the dealership with the vehicle in 45 minutes! Just leased a brand new blue Genesis G80 and got an incredible deal. I like to take my time when I do car shopping, think about it, do research and make sure I absolutely get the best price before purchasing and they completely respected that and my process which i greatly appreciate. Alexandria, one of the managers does a great job and they will work with you to make sure you get a great price and that you feel comfortable about the process. I will highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Filed against : Modern Hyundai of Concord, LLC 965 Concord Pkwy S Concord NC 28027-9061 Complaint Description: Exchange policy . Purchased a brand new Genesis GV80 SUV from this dealership. I have had it for 12 days and drove it less than 80 miles. I wanted the bigger engine but they did not have it in stock So they talked me into this one. I tried to contact the General Manager numerous times and never received a call back from him. I wanted to upgrade to the bigger engine and pay the difference. I paid 64000.00 for this car. They finally called me back today and said they would allow 56000.00 to take it back. That's 8000 less than I paid 10 days ago. Seems like they are using unfair trade practices to me. I feel very mistreated and wondering what to do next. I was willing to pay the difference in the price to upgrade but this is purely a attempt to rip me off.
