I bought a new Jazzmaster from this store today and I had a really nice time. The staff were so kind and patient. Everyone was calm and not pushy. I was introduced to a new brand as well. I left with a beautiful watch, sized for me, and at a great price. The staff were so kind. I dislike when some people push so much to upsell but the wonderful woman here listened to exactly what I was looking for and showed me everything that was available. The price was great and I didn't haggle, which I hate doing. I'll be back for more watches from this store for sure. I love the up-front pricing and the kind staff. Fun is really the best word to describe it. I had fun and I love my new watch. Thank you. I'll see you next time.

I am surprised to see good reviews about this place. Maybe its just one sales person at this store that wasn't very nice. I did not get her name but I did speak with the manager of the store regarding her behaviour. While I was browsing through the watches at the store, I found a Longines Master collection - Moonphase watch that looked absolutely gorgeous. When i asked for help to look at the watch, I was approached by the old lady that worked there. Her attitude was very discourteous from the beginning and she wasn't very informative. But what really offended me the most was the statement she made when I was looking at the watch, she quoted "Do you have the money to pay for the watch"? I don't feel people should be discriminated based on their economic background. Will never be visiting this store again.

This is one of three locations. If you go through all of the reviews there is one common thing between all of the stores and that's great customer service and very friendly staff members. Very important when it comes to retail. This always makes for a better experience. The location is nice, as well as convenient.
