This experience was a first for us! It won't be last! Forget purchasing a vehicle the traditional way! Richard's customer service was exceptonial! We do not have "good" credit, but Richard was able to put us in the vehicle WE wanted at a price we could afford! He did all the legwork for us, was in constant contact with us during the process and never gave us lesser service or effort because of our credit! Rich made the car buying process quick and easy for me. He knows his stuff, and follows through . Rich helped me get out of a lease early and into a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in a flat grey for a great price. 4 months later I realized I needed a pickup truck to help with a new fix and flip project. H e managed to get me out of that and into a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 12" touchscreen display before I saw any others being sold or on the road.
