I have been with the business pushing 10 months now. If you put in the work, you can grow quickly within the company. Myself, I have been promoted twice already, pushing for assistant manager. This is the fastest growing company I have been apart of with lots of travel opportunities as well. Already within my 10 months of being here I have been to Dallas and Dominican Republic learning from the best of the business. Everyone in Mountain Top Promotions cares and has a solid support system that has helped me get to where I am today. 5 stars because MTP has changed my life and I'm a better person today because of everyone here. Unprofessional Attitude! I did three days of training with them.. nd never got paid for that as they say you can only get paid if you complete the whole training session... Waste of Time... I even left my job for them... What They Do: is to Tell You a "Short Story" nd Number Magic
Unprofessional to a whole new level. Please read Kevin's review in detail. They call people for a Managerial position and want them to do door-door sales. They say they have 100 offices, in reality, they have only 1. Don't waste your time.
The experience I have had at this company is beyond compare. The training and guidance I have received is more than I have ever received in school. I came to this company with my masters degree wanting to learn more about business management, and in the year I have been here, I have learned more than I have in years. Not only did they train me on how to run my own business, but they have helped me perfect my communication skills that will help me for the rest of my life. The mentality of a successful business owner is contagious within this company. I have been able to get out of debt, learn life long skills, and gain a type of confidence I could have never gained anywhere else. The professionalism and willingness to help you within the management really sets this company apart. Not to mention the traveling benefits! I was sent to Dallas a couple times for business conferences as well as to the Bahamas as a reward for my work. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a career with endless opportunity.
