Went this Afternoon (April 25th) around 12:15, Unfortunately didn't get the Gentleman's name who helped me. I went to do curb-side pick up and had a great experience. He was super kind and very fast with bringing the order. Decided to write this just to thank him once again.

Disappointing in-person experience- specifically the short, male employee who was rude when I picked up our pre-ordered sleeves. Surely Nespresso can hire better customer service agents, for a mall booth, with so many decent human beings laid off at home? :)

Very helpful with the current sale. There was a line and it was busy, but I didn't feel rushed when it was my turn, so I didn't mind. Hard to avoid waiting as each person needs a bit of time to get sorted. As long as you understand this, you will be fine.

Very very impressed with the service! A big thank you to Stacey for answering all my questions and guiding me to the right machine! If it wasn’t for her, I would of purchased the wrong one! She was very patient, friendly and extremely informative. She took her time to make sure I understood everything and also explained to me all the current promotions which led me to buying extra pods that were apart of the sale. All in all, a very good experience, I walked away extremely satisfied. Thank you Stacey for all your help!

Would give less than 1 if possible. What kind of unnecessarily pretentious spot is this. I just wanted some coffee. Showing menus and taking names for a pod purchase is ridiculous. A vending machine could do this! Simplify it!

We came on a Sunday and happened to avoid the line up (pure luck). Service was fantastic- the representative was knowledgeable and patient with us; he made recommendations, and the coffee was excellent!

Lack of training... if you wanna lose customer... just say it... no need to open this location for losing harder... no greeting at all... I was in line, and they serve the one behind me.. not even say anything... 3 employees are chatting with no eye contact... good job for the service...
