Just before York Region went into Red Zone, my friends and I came to Nitro for the 1st time. The layout was unique, not like usual Shisha places with one open concept layout. It’s a great place for private birthday parties. The nachos are the awesome. My friend really enjoyed her chicken burger. The shakes was delish! Good 1st impressions and once Covid Lockdowns/Restrictions improve will check it out again. Thanks Nitro! :)

Food is well priced. Shisha is mediocre. They serve alcohol. They also have interactive games with a touch screen on the table which was enjoyable. Ambiance is nice.
Amazing flavours and great quality shisha. Came all the way from Scarborough and not disappointed. Service was exceptional and TV’s comfy couches to watch the NBA Playoffs. Will be back for sure.
Amazing. It's a sleeper for sure. Hopefully it doesn't get too too busy otherwise we won't get in again lol

We came as a group and ordered two shishas food and after a few puffs we knew we did not like the flavour and immediately flagged a worker down to ask that we get a different mix, they said no problem and replaced it with another head with a different flavour and when we later went to pay the bill they had charged us full price for the original head that we did not use and had replaced, the worker gave us no indication at all that we would have to pay once again. Obviously we would not have bought a second head had we known we would still be charged the original 20 for the unused head. Terrible customer service, will not go back.
Amazing place with beautiful seating area and plenty of choices for food and beverages. Tou can request your music to be played on as well.
