Was in the market for a label printer and had no idea where to start. OptimediaLabs informed me with everything I needed and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Scam alert. Don't waste your money. I had partially great experience last year when I bought my epson printer and labels. They partially shipped my label until I called severally. Last week I placed an order which worths over 484. All of a sudden this company disappeared. They are not responding to calls or email. They are still running Ads to bring more victims to their site. Beware, OptimediaLabs may be out of business. Save yourself the headache. I will update this review when I hear back from them. For now it is close to 7 days, they are not responding or picking calls. I can't believe a company of this type still exists. Pathetic. I don't leave a lot of review on Google but when I leave one, take it from me.
Had great service from June 2015 until April 2020, then all of sudden they disappeared without notice with my order partially shipped and fully paid for. Not sure what happened.
This outfit is a complete scam. Avoid!!!
