After a bid comparison between local contractors I choseR.E.A.L Construction Group because of their detailed estimate which identified several expenses that competitor estimates did not include. The project was delivered within a reasonable time frame and the cost was as per estimate. All trades work was complete at an above-average grade. I recommend this contractor.
Our project was really particular since we wanted to keep the current foundation of the bungalow we bought and build a two storey home on top of it. R.E.A.L Construction Group came with the perfect design for us and took over the demolition of the framed portion and started the new construction from there. We have been living in our new custom home for over a year now. The team is still in contact with us, they send us reminders for our home maintenance, and seasonal reminders. It is a good thing to feel close to them. We strongly recommend R.E.A.L Construction Group.
