Have been on both sides of this service, I can never say enough good about them!

I have a dear friend who has been receiving home care services from this agency for approximately 20 years. She is a retired veteran who resides in Manchester, New Hampshire. A few weeks ago my friend was informed that the agency would be done working with her the end of July with no explainable reason for ending her home services. Due to shortage of staff and dealing with COVID-19, other agencies are backlogged and therefore NOT excepting any new clients. My friend asked the agency if they would continue providing her with home care until she was able to get another agency--as she has significant care needs. The agency did not agree to this. Due to this agency abandoning her, my friend is now in a serious, potentially life threatening situation. She is severely disabled, at high risk for falls, on oxygen 24/7, and unable to care for herself. She has no family. This agency has literally abandoned her and put her in a life-threatening situation for no explainable reason. The agency itself is poorly managed--the care providers do not come on a regular schedule—my friend was always uncertain as to what time they would show up. Also, it was always different staff coming to her home, so she never got to build a relationship with anyone. In addition to this, since COVID-19, most of the staff coming into her home, did not wear a protective face mask. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

No respect for patient’s personal schedules and inability to schedule any visit until the day of the visit.

Agency abandoned home health care services for my friend who is a housebound disabled veteran; unreliable service; no respect for patients schedules; agency does not return patient phone calls; workers come in whenever and often leave early; agency frequently sends in different workers which is frustrating; patient is rushed; terrible customer service.

I just wanted to express my sincere grautude for the care I was given by Eric OT for the safty of my home. An even bigger thank you to 4 wonderful, careing and surportive PT, they were a joy to have come to my home and they really were the best cheerleaders any 75 year could have. I want you all to know that Dr. Devanny was more then pleased with my progress after only 6 weeks out from surgrey, I don't have to see him for a year, still having some probems with riding in the car or sitting to long my favorite Dr. says keep walking and doing all the great excerises you left me with....Thanks for that guys My Heartfelt Thanks, Barbara Talbot
