My wife and our two young kids went to the Vaugham Mills location to inquire about a new plan for my wife, since she is with another provider. Our interaction with Moein (sales rep) was atrocious. He was dismissive, rude and unprofessional. He himself told us to enter the store as per the store capacity. We then proceeded to ask him questions about plans. Within a minute he said he cannot help us and then asked my wife to leave the store as there were more than 3 customers inside. We had arrived BEFORE those other customers AND we still had not been assisted with our questions. He raised his voice and intimidated my wife to the point my wife felt scared. This person should NOT be working in a customer facing position. No customer should feel threatened to enter a store and inquire about products and promotions. However, after this interaction we will never step foot in this Rogers location. He's not a good face for the rogers brand. MOEIN should be disciplined.

Went in to purchase a charger, they tried to offer me a screen protector and case with it for 60. Buy all three get one of the items for free which is worth the value. I was instore for 40 minutes, while they took my phone to the back and they came out with the picture below. Whole ordeal lasted for 40 minutes as I told them this screen protector job was just unacceptable. In the end I had all of my items refunded and time wasted. We were with Rogers for 15 years, and their business has fallen off. I disliked, because of how long this whole process took. Initially went into get a charger for my phone and stayed an extra 40 minutes because they charged me for a offer that was good to refuse, yet they can't apply It properly.

Spoke to the guy who says his name is *sam* so rude said he had to cut me off and hung up on me because he had a customer but the day before when I was their to switch from freedom to the overs had no problem talking to me now that I have switched and want a more detailed explanation of what I purchased he cant speak to me convenient if I could give a 0 I would

I had a horrible experience with Sam and his staff were the worst I have ever encountered at any wireless carrier. Stay away from this one if you can. I felt it was due to my race but after reading these reviews I may think otherwise. Just a terrible place for business.

I got a modem, the sale rep. told me it was refundable within 2 weeks of purchase. I ended up unsatisfied with the wifi, called customer service within 10 days and they told me no such offer exists.... Roger is honestly an embarrassing ISP and there customer service is very pushy in making you stay. If I made a decision, don't counter offer it with BS and don't tell me I am lying... I trusted the sales rep. in good faith. Never happening again.

Horrible experience today. Came in to buy S9. Customer rep told me they don't cell phones. And then told me that if I get it on a tab it'll be 850. After a phone call to alternative store turns out you can buy a phone in full if you already have a plan (something that was not mentioned) and phone is actually 790. In the end she sold us the phone with a lot of attitude. Seems like gap in training. Also, if you are in sales you need to have a better attitude when someone calls you out on poviding misleading information.

Horrible experience. Stay away from this store and specially from Rocky one of the rogers representatives. Bell canada much better.
