Got a drop of Propane this past Friday. Price jumped 23% from 5 weeks ago. I called to express my disappointment and was offered the explanation that due to the ice in Texas the price went up. Coupled with increased trucking costs. Just seems like another big company price gouging and taking advantage of the consumer. Going up 0.77 cents in 5 weeks is awful. Never had a 1000 propane bill before. I do now. Good think I don’t live in Iowa where it has been brutally cold and would have used a ton more fuel.

Evan at Rymes is the best. Conscientious and thorough. Was having an exhaust smell and he was able to fix it and checked to make sure the smell was gone.

If your bill isn’t delinquent then they treat you well....if you fall on hard times they do not care they will let you run out of oil and freeze.
