I have been with the company for 3 years and it still feels like the first day. People are very smart and everyone is willing to help and collaborate. They trust you to do the right thing and you can normally choose what and how to work on projects, without anyone looking over your shoulder but offering guidance and a lot of resources if needed. Work hours are whatever I see fit and I have been provided with everything to work more safely. The offices are amazing with lots of modern facilities available. Moreover this organization properly take care to customers and employees.

I have been with Sherwood Electromotion for almost 15 years now. This was my first job in Canada and I grew in this company with the help of our President and Management Staff. This is a good place to learn and develop oneself especially if you are a new immigrant, as there is no discrimination. If you show your merit, the Management recognizes it and you are rewarded suitably. We have direct access to the President if we have any problems and immediate solutions are found to avoid production delays. Dhiren Pandya asked me to measure 2parts instead of the interview i came for. With a venier caliper he expected me to measure accurate tolerances you would NEVER measure with a simple caliper in production. Wasn't surprised i didn't measure everything right. And of course i had to call back after some days. Expecting professional behaviour but can't even write a simple email/make a call...
