I was desperately looking for a good eye doctor in the Eastbay area, and I came across Doctor May, she is The Best! Then, I moved to San Diego, but I still go back to Concord for Doctor May. I plan my trips around my eyes' appointment, She takes care of her patients very well, even if you don't feel comfortable with your prescription, she will book a follow up appointment with no charge for the visit, but she will make sure you're walking out seeing better or with an updated prescription.

What a rip off. I never paid so much for our glasses. 2 years later, my husband brought his glasses in and they told him that the spring broke and he was going to have to buy another pair since 2 years is the average life for glasses. My glasses from other stores lasted longer than that for a fraction of the price. My husband brought the glasses home, pulled out his tools, and was able to fix it himself.
I had a wonderful experience at the Concord branch today. I was able to make an appt. on line the day before, was greeted and offered my paperwork in a friendly, efficient manner, and was delighted with the craftsmanship of the eyeglass adjuster who fitted my glasses quickly and accurately. They are quite easy to ask questions of, very helpful and provide excellent customer service. I will be back in April. Suzanne Rudiger
Glasses have completely scratched and are practically unusable after less than a year. I can't seem to ever really get them clean. The coating is terrible. Way over priced. I can't see out of this pair but can't afford another yet. Won't ever go back!
Amazing service by Isabella !! She totally went above and beyond to make sure I got my glasses before I had to go on a business trip , she was courteous and patient .. ask for her if you need help .. thank you Isabella

Had a great eye exam by dr lee. She was professional, answered all of my questions, and i will definitely be coming back.
Service not bad but very expensive. People are nice now but not so much about 3 years ago looks like different management and ownership.
