I was referred by a good friend to custom make a kitchen by this company. The owner, name is Van quoted us 20K and took our deposit of 5000 cash and promised us for a such good job that he would do. After 2 weeks he did not even reply to our text message and e mail for the plan he suppose to give us or to follow up on. He sent us a \so called contract\ to my cell. phone which can barely see at all with the print, because he took it in a photo format. We called him several times but no reply. The owner also promised us, he would deliver the brand new kitchen in first week of May but in the middle of April he wanted us to pay him more money in order to start to job on time for us. He finally returned our deposit after three weeks of dealing with so much of nonsense! This whole thing caused us so much time and trouble to meet up with the Kitchen Designer and running around but finally it fell through for what he lied to us. Our old kitchen is now completely stripped....We also purchased all the new materials related to the new kitchen and hoping for the new kitchen will arrive in May. We had to look for a new Kitchen company that can start this job again. Such a waste of time and not trustworthy company and bad management by this owner, Van. Do not trust him! We are so unhappy about this company. Such a nightmere for us. Do not go to this company!
