Shawn was incredible to deal with. He went the extra mile to help me troubleshoot with sanding my floors. In the end, it's a job that I couldn't complete on my own, and although Stephenson's would have made money on renting equipment out to me and letting me do a less then stellar job, they chose customer service over money. Thank you Shawn and Stephenson's. I will be back for additional rental needs.

I called to reserve some equipment from this location, gave them my name and phone number, and they confirmed the reservation. I show up on the day of to pick up the equipment and they say there is no record of any reservation and they're out of the equipment I needed. They completely screwed me. DO NOT TRUST!!!

Stephenson rental has always been our Tool and many other things rental go to. Recently, I had the pleasure to work with Ken Schippling, a distinguished safety consultant sent to us to help a crew obtain their WHMIS, WAH as well as boom and scissor lift license. Ken helped changed the whole dynamic of the crew, now focusing much more of the safety of others and themselves on a job site. Extremely educational, Fantastic experience. Cheers to all the helpful staff at Stephenson Rental Concord!
