Rob Ruffolo and Team at The Terrace have been nothing short of amazing throughout our wedding planning process. As a result of COVID, we did have to move our date and Rob was exceptional. Rob walked us through our options, was transparent with how their protocols work, and overall helped us make a smooth transition to a new wedding date. We’ve heard horror stories with other wedding venues and their inability to accommodate changes. We are so very lucky to have chosen The Terrace and to be working with Rob who continues to work with us to make our wedding date the day we imagine it to be. Thank you Rob, for your your patience, expertise and guidance, you’ve been outstanding. We couldn’t have done this without you and your team.

The Terrace is such a beautiful and versatile place that can be shaped into your dream wedding venue; it’s a fantastic venue that will meet all your expectations. We love photographing weddings here because of the unique spaces and the gorgeous outdoor space with the elegant gazebo. The service was absolutely amazing and everything was run so smoothly.
The place is really beautiful we were greeted oh so lovely by Rob such a pleasant man. My fiancé and I booked our wedding at this venue and we couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend going here. Thank you Rob and Terrace banquet
My husband and I had our wedding there in September 2020 In the tent that they had available and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect setting. 2020 was a very difficult time for many couples to plan a wedding because of COVID but Rob, Rob and Angelo made our experience anything but stressful! They were extremely responsive during these unprecedented times keeping us in the loop about what was going on and came up with solutions so that we did not have to compromise on having our dream wedding. The tent was even more beautiful then I ever thought it could be and our guests are still raving about the food and amazing service. Our wedding was not what we had originally planned, it was even better. You all did such a great job. Thank you for making our day so memorable! Can’t wait for many more events to host at the Terrace.
I'll be updating this review once our reception is over but I will say right the experience my Fiancee and I have had so far has been amazing. Our tasting was great you can tell the head chef knows what they're doing in the kitchen. Looking forward to August!
The Terrace does look beautifully presented to those looking to book this hall. They made sure to have their room set up with their decor. I would of considered this hall for my wedding however, my experience with Rob made me go a different direction. His presentation felt short as if he could careless about his clients. When asked if we could bring traditional food for the night table he responded “depends on what it is.” When going to other hall viewings such as The Royalton or Primavera they had no issue with traditional food. Also, when asking about the pandemic playing a role on how future weddings could look like, he mentioned they do not do weddings with 50 guests and they would not survive a second wave of COVID... (Something to consider when looking at venues).
Excellent service and spectacular food. The buffet reception was the best I ever had at a banquet hall. They did a wonderful job for the happy bride and groom.
