Perfect virtual Valentine's Day dinner! Everything as fantastic from start to finish. All ingredients were delivered to our door the day before the event with very clear instructions on what we will be preparing. Chef Julian explained everything once we all logged on and the evening proceeded. The quality of the food products were phenomenal and they didn't miss a beat with anything. The evening's entertainment was great too! I would definitely do another virtual dinner with The Chef Upstairs.

Had a great experience creating a delicious 4-dish Thai meal with Chef Lisa! The evening flowed easily and according to schedule, Chef Lisa was an absolute delight and easy to follow, and best of all - the meal was delicious and much easier to prepare than we had expected! Such a fun activity to do at home, especially these days when we can't go out. Highly recommend this class, and will definitely take another in the future!

We joined their Valentine’s Dinner Class last Sunday. We loved it and would highly recommend it. We were really impressed with the service and attention to detail from the first call when we signed up for the class all the way to the actual class with Chef Lisa. We paid to get the ingredients delivered to our home and I have to say that the quality of ingredients and the way it was all packaged was unbelievable. On Sunday, the meeting started on time, the class was about 3.5 hours long but it was entertaining and the results of our dishes was unreal. We were excited to cook and eat such delicious dishes that we would never think were possible to get done at home. I honestly give 5 stars to all the employees we interacted with from Danielle to Chef Lisa as they were all phenomenal. Thank you for this experience during such difficult times for all of us. We will join your classes again.

We made Valentines Brunch with chef Lisa via Zoom yesterday. It was great. We were amazed at how she was able to talk us through the recipes non stop for the whole 2 hours. She made the experience fun and entertaining, and she gave everyone positive encouragement at every opportunity. She also gave us some good tips, like how to hold a knife properly, how to use a spatula to flip the crepes, and how you can keep the ends of every vegetable to make homemade stock. We will definitely make these dishes again. A bonus: we have enough leftovers for another meal.

I started my 8 year old on the virtual baking classes last Spring, and she liked it so much I signed her up for the Kids Virtual Chef program. She has completed 6 out of 8 lessons and its been amazing to watch her knife skills and techniques improve. This is a class where confidence blooms as they learn to cut with real knives, use an oven and a stove top, plus techniques for bread, pasta, dumplings, etc. Just know as a parent, be brave, when the Chef (or your child) kicks you out of the kitchen for 3 hours. Stay by in case a bandaid is needed, but be confident that you will walk back into an amazing dinner. I found she needed some help in pre-organizing ingredients, but otherwise is now pretty much independent. We are both loving this so much, she's signed up well into 2021 and for me, Monday night dinners are all taken care of and a night off for me!
