I recently had Adam perform my home inspection. Adam was referred to me by his inspection student at George Brown College. He was professional, courteous and very thorough. He’s like an encyclopedia of homes! He found a leak below a bathroom which he confirmed with a thermal scan and moisture tool. The sellers were surprised but were so prompt to have the issue repaired. They were so impressed, they said they were going to use him for their inspection! I highly recommend Adam and will definitely refer him to friends and family.
