From the moment I walked in Tracy greeted me with a beautiful smile, althought she was covered with a mask I could tell from her eyes. She was extremely helpful and patient was all mine crazy demands, she was very professional and she told me that she was helping someone else, and I said not a problem, thank you for your honesty. I walked in thinking it was just going to buy two tops, but she promoted so many items I walked out with 10 items. I will definitely return to Harry Rosen and only be served by Tracy, you have an excellent employee.

Daniel give me the worst experience. Made me wait in line for over a hr. After Tracy talked me into buying a jacket. Tracy had good Customer service. But they need new Manager

Today my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Michael Rubin. We were looking for a specific winter coat (not available in Ontario), and Mr Rubin helped my husband to find the perfect coat. He suggested the ideal coat for my husband. Mr Rubin is friendly, knowledgeable and had us laughing so many times. We had a great shopping experience. We drove over an hour to shop with Mr Rubin, and will do so again. He is worth the drive! Thank you again for your help and your style suggestions. My husband loves his new coat. WOW!! I had an incredible experience yesterday with sales person Michael Rubin - I came to the store to look for special occasion suit and Mr Rubin was able to not only make us feel super comfortable with our purchase, but also knew right away what would be the best and most suitable size, colour, and price for us..! Personal touch, sense of humour, and genuine care for his customers! This is our place to go now and we won’t see anyone else. Thank you Mr Rubin and Harry Rosen!!

I am a long time customer of the Vaughan Mills location and have found the selection and service to be fantastic. In my most recent visits I have been helped by sales associate Tracy Trieu who is remarkable. Upon entering the store Tracy immediately greets me, and leads me to suggested deals and current in store promotions based upon my previous purchases and her knowledge of my style preferences. I personally find Tracy and the other salespeople I encounter at the store to be accommodating and helpful and I plan to continue treating this store as one of my primary men's fashion destinations
