They are under new management now! I have recently gone there in spite of the bad reviews that my boyfriend and I saw online. But long story short, Tanya which is the new manager, personally introduced herself to us. Tanya and her staff were absolutely amazing and friendly! I recommend to give them another chance! very nice smell when you enter the shop
I haven't reached the cashier yet so the reputation of this purple haired lady I cannot comment on. However, in this lineup of 7 other people, we have all been here for 20 minutes now while she is slowly taking her time on one person's special order. Her time management is beyond comical.. as rude as it sounds. This is a single human drastically hurting this company's gross profits.
STOP CALLING ME!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER! They call me every single month telling me that I have some membership rewards I need to use in the next month or they expire. I never said you could call me. I used your store once for a wedding and that's it. We are done. Stop calling me.
I was there to engrave my bracelet. Information was very clear and staffs were very helpful. Work was neat and it was completed, way before the promised time. Little Expensive but good work.
Let me tell you I LOVE this store. It saddens me to see the other comments being so negative as my experience has always been very pleasant in Things Remembered. Every item I've bought in the store is unique, perfectly made, and always very well received when bought as a gift. Keep up the good work girls. This store will always be one of my absolute favourites.
Giving this location a 1 Star is being generous. Their staff is BEYOND TERRIBLE and don’t listen to the customers needs. The person taking my order for engraving clearly didn’t want to be there working that day. She was slow, rude, and rolling her eyes to my requests while I was explaining to her how I’d like it to look like. I must have repeated myself 20 times saying I wanted my engraving on an angle, but as people have said in their reviews, they don’t listen so she ended up putting one initial in a top corner, and another initial on a bottom corner. Things Remembered needs to clean house of who they hired in this location, and start over again. Clearly if many people are complaining and giving bad reviews, then there’s a problem here with the staff. Extremely unprofessional, childish and cannot own up to their mistakes. Sad people. Don’t get anything from here. Go to the location in square one or Erin mills. They are more helpful.
The new manager, Sahar, is incredible! She has such a great eye for detail and really helped me bring the vision I had for my wedding to life. I live in Markham, where she worked at a previous location, and I initially bought many of my wedding items there with her. She was so helpful and really took her time to understand the vision I had for my wedding and help me pick out the best products to make it come true. When she moved to the Vaughan Mills location, I made the extra commute to buy my remaining items with her because she was that amazing!
