Called for parts on my Tovel. Simple parts. First contact was 2-27-15. It is now 3-16-15 and I am still waiting for some of the pricing. I have received pricing for 1 of the 4 items i requested. We have spoken on the phone many times with them and keep getting the same answer, we are swamped and will get it to you tomorrow. We have decided to sell it now, this issue being the driving factor.
