I’ve been to at least five other shops in the area big and small and none of them even compare to the guys up here. They have a better shop better techs Better service and better prices than everyone around. They really do a great job and they know what they’re talking about. They don’t screw people over into paying for things they don’t need. Would recommend.

Kevin is great! His guys almost equally as great. There is a reason I drive out of my way to get oil changes and routine services, these guys take care of your car like it’s their own.
These guys are awesome. Very honest and professional while treating you like family.
Been going to Universal for a long rime now. Great people, everyone working there are polite, professional, and get your car fixed at the cheapest price possible, they don’t try to charge a rediculous amount for their service, and have helped me twice now when my car needed to be towed to their shop due to a flat tire and other issues. To the Universal crew and Kevin, thankyou so much!
I came in 2 different times to have an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I guess tire rotation here just means making the wheels move because that is making the tires rotate, right? I was told 2 times I needed tie rod ends. I had new tie rod ends. I kept saying I have new ones I am pretty sure it is a wheel bearing. I took it 2 other places and they both said wheel bearing. I got the wheel bearing done and hey, what do you know the sound and vibration is gone. Oh, yeah and I love people respecting my property by smoking in my vehicle..so respectful Thank You! I saw the guy that was taking it in the back get in my vehicle with a lit cigarette. To Universal Auto and Tire if you look in your computer you will not find my name but I was in there. I promise you that I was there and you did this....to me. Goodbye.
