I was referred to Vatero a while ago but kept delaying my visit in hopes that I would find what I'm looking for at stores closer to my home in Mississauga. I wish I came to Vatero straight away because not only was the customer service above par, the selection they offer and the details they provided me was invaluable. Customer service makes a big difference! I was looking for modern pieces that not many places have and they had more than I expected. They took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to find every piece for me, including looking on their online catalogs. One of the ladies also helped design the layout of my kitchen and powder room with the exact measurements. Thank you for the great experience!
If you’re thinking about redoing a bathroom, Vatero is the place to go. The team there, especially Tia, are absolutely amazing. Even during the Covid Lockdowns they were able to figure out our situation with stocking and availability and made it easy for us to keep up with what was happening. They have a beautiful selection of items, we even got our kitchen sink and faucets with them! Thank you Tia and team for the amazing service!! Y’all are the best!
Vatero Bath and Kitchen is a great showroom to visit with a large selection of quality products, all very competitively priced! The staff are really friendly, professional and quite knowledgeable about all the products they sell. Special Thanks To Tia and Mo for their personal attention to customer service. They did a great job listening to my needs and made excellent suggestions to help with my renos. Tia even went above and beyond by contacting a supplier to allow me to view a product I had ordered from a different company online so that I could see it! Now that's what I call commitment to customer service! Thanks again to everyone at Valero!
