Multi-tasking serving different customers, on the phone with Fido service representatives and still maintain great service. I would recommend anyone to him, he really knows what he's doing. Came in to the Vaughan Mills today and checked what Wireless Wave offers are. Jalil showed us the great deals on this weekend and we ended up upgrading phones for our family of four. He explained all the features of the phones we got, and treated us very well through the process. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so knowledeable and patient with all our questions.
