Wonderwear took the difficulty out of using cloth diapers, especially as already anxious first-time parents! The cloth diapers were easy to use with the snaps and we loved the Motherease snap covers. To ensure there was no smell, we bought a stainless steel Ubi bin and it worked incredibly well. We never had any issues with the diaper collection, and our driver was friendly and highly dependable. Bey was also super friendly through any email exchanges, and I really liked the convenience of being able to order the cloth diaper cream directly from Wonderwear. We never had any diaper rashes which is amazing, and once I found the right fit, we didn’t have any problems with discomfort (it may take a bit of experimentation to find the exact fit for your baby). I would definitely recommend this service based on our experience.

We wanted to use cloth diapers for our son since birth but the whole concept was a bit too icky for my husband to handle. On a friend’s recommendation, we found WonderWear, a cloth diaper service that delivers unlimited clean hospital grade-sanitized diapers and cloth wipes once a week and picks up the dirty ones. So, we didn’t need to spray/scrape etc. It’s literally just like using disposables. They give you a diaper pail and waterproof bag to use so it’s SO convenient. I leave dirty diapers on my porch on Monday and get clean ones by 10am. Never once have they been late or canceled. If anything they’re extremely accommodating considering, I rescheduled a couple pick ups on very little notice. All in all, Such a fantastic service that makes cloth diapering accessible and importantly, affordable. It made it so that we got all the convenience of disposables with all the benefits of cloth. So, if you want to go cloth but avoid poop, this is the service for you! 10/10!
We love Wonderwear! We always wanted to use cloth diapers but we didn't want to deal with the mess it came with. This cloth diaper service picks up all the dirty diapers and supplies us with fresh clean ones ever week. They are very strong and durable and have never given my child diaper rash. Their customer service is excellent and quick! We highly recommend using this diaper service as its Canadian and environmentally friendly!!
Diaper service without enough diapers??!!! Have been using WW for 4mths and have had multiple errors. One week I only received half the diapers I needed. 3 weeks in a row I received the wrong size diapers (too small) because they didnt have enough of the size I needed. Also, when I asked for extra diapers for my heavy wetters (the service is supposed to include \unlimited diapers\) they gave me a hard time, telling me that I should only be changing my baby's diaper once every 3hrs and suggesting that I was using the diapers incorrectly. The company seems very disorganized and unable to handle the volume of business for their current clients. They should stop taking new customers if they dont have enough diapers to meet their existing clients' needs. Their pricing is weekly, but they bill semi-monthly and don't issue invoices, so you have to manually calculate the cost every month to ensure they're charging you the right amount, and have applied any credits they said they would (in my case they said they would credit my account and never did until I pointed out the additional error). Their \small fuel charge \ is 5 (a 23% markup on their weekly rate) PLUS another 3 for downtown condos. So expect to pay 36% more than their advertised price PLUS taxes. Many of the diapers are old and worn with snaps that dont work, or elastics that are stretched out. Also, the diaper sizes are not consistent. A \medium\ diaper can vary quite a bit in size. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because they reply quickly to emails and the delivery guy is super friendly.
I can't recommend Wonderwear enough. Our baby arrived early and their customer service was quick to change our service date to start as soon as we were home from the hospital. I also missed putting out my diapers one morning and the driver gave a courteous call, then waited while I brought out the dirty pail. Suffice to say, their customer service has been top notch all the way. The diapers are great - periodically one is a bit worn out but the majority are in nearly new condition. Since you do not pay by the diaper, I just toss a worn one to the dirty pile and pull another one. I have requested more diapers per week for my heavy user and there's never been any issue. Just put a note with the dirty diapers asking for extra and they're given. My baby and I are both very happy with the product and service level. If the idea of cloth appeals to you, but not the laundry, call Wonderwear!
