I've been using Wow for all my cell phones needs for the past 6 years. They provide great service with friendly and helpful staff. Never have I had a bad experience there. My plan was up and like always went to them for their great promotions and knowledgeable staff. I had the pleasure with dealing with JP and Gundeep. They were both great going out of their way to accommodate me and my needs.would highly recommend Wow and for a great experience ask for JP or Gundeep. Can't say enough good things about them both.

They are not deserve to get 1 star, they cannot port my number, and open a new number on my name, I have to pay double price. They said call them to check if can port. But I can 5 times, they were always busy and said they will call back. Never never call back, I have to go to the mobile shop to finish my number porting and called fido to cancel the account they opened for me. Never trust the wow mobile again, they won't save your money

I have been in this mall since long time and never got service like this ever before. Karen, is patient manager ever as I took an hour to get a plan but still no hassle what so ever. Go to this location of Wow Mobile because they love their customers. I got Telus plan from Wow Mobile Boutique for unlimited data and I am back here with trust. Great service e from manager.

They are not deserve to get 1 star they lies to you,they push me to sign the contract and after one year I have to pay 10% more for nothing, please becarfull don't trust to them and read the contract because when I called FIDO they don't do anything.
