Don't love the product anymore as it has kind of become mainstream and similar to the Mercede-Benz of culinary tools. Not the best like Ferrari or Lamborghini and better options can be found coming out of Japan, China and Korea for cheaper especially when it comes to Damascus steel. But what I will say though is the staff is top notch, well trained and eager to help. The store is laid out well and you can touch and try everything before you buy. The experience alone is great.

Really Slow Service while you you try to return products during Big sales season. Two stars given when they give you a good service while you do the purchasing t. I won’t coming back again, kind disappointed...

I dealt with Cam. All Staff are polite. We were having a problem with the coated pans. He replaced them with no issues. I hope to receive new pans in a few days. It''s nice when companies honor their warranty.
