I would highly recommend shopping around for a better price somewhere else. This place tried to charge me more than double everywhere else in the area charges to get your wisdom teeth removed. What a great time to be ripping people off.

I am a person who experiences anxiety about medical and dental procedures. I recently had a tooth extraction at Keene CVOSA performed by Nicholas Theberge, D.D.S. From the moment I walked into office, I was treated with kindness and respect. Everything was clearly explained to me and all my questions were addressed with no judgement. The dental hygienist was very friendly and her kindness really helped me feel comfortable. When Nicholas came into the room, he greeted me with a warm handshake and a personal greeting. Throughout the procedure every step was explained to me and the hygienist reassured me through out, occasionally rubbing my hand. I had decided to only have a local anesthesia and I was amazed when I was told the tooth was out. Every staff person I encountered that day treated me with kindness and the experience was very professional and supportive. I had a couple questions during my healing time, and a follow up appointment to discuss my options concerning my dental needs. Every time I talked to, or visited the office, I was treated with genuine kindness and offered the support I needed. I always felt like my needs as a patient really mattered and that made all the difference to me!

These folks are very hard to deal with, My dentist referred me to them. I found them very rude, very hard to work with and overall just a unfriendly Staff that does not seem interested in helping in anyway. after my last attempt to work with them this Morning I have made an appointment with Upper Valley Oral Surgery and they were very easy to work with and they have a sense of urgency

All the staff we came in contact with at Connecticut Valley Oral Surgery made my daughters experience as pleasant as possible. The Surgeon and his assistants were very competent and also very caring. Highly recommend.
