Roy came to our house to repair our heater and examine ductwork. Roy was professional, staying within covid guidelines, he explained what and why we were having issues with our heat. Our furnace stopped working when it was 13 degrees out and a Saturday. Roy’s first available appointment was for the next morning. But then he had an opening and fit us in. He came out the same day and got our furnace working again. We will need some follow up service and plan to use him. Great service and knowledgeable guy.
