Brook Padgett was so very helpful. We picked out flooring and she helped with decisions on tile and cabinet colors. After two other stops in the same day shopping for the same products, this stop with Brooke was a very pleasant ending to a stressful day.

Installation of flooring - boards cut too short at various places all around the room. Large Gap left at foot of staircase, gaps under the door frames, flooring cracked in one doorway. Job was paid. Initially I was impressed with the help in selection, managing costs and quotes. We had our whole house done in tile flooring along with 4 bathrooms and backsplash tile. The quality of work was good but the follow-up, scheduling, and communicate has been sub-par. Tried to schedule our backsplash install and small fixes needed on the overall job for weeks with no success (they make promises but have not met them). The service level and communication is ultimately their weakness.
