Absolutely spot on. Let down by bigger phone repair place near Barry's (increased price by 10 from advertised cost for replacement screen on iphone6s) - felt the bloke was just chancing it so walked round to this place. Totally different experience, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Took 20min to swap screen (for advertised price) he even offered to swap screen back and refund if issue not solved. 100% happy and will be back.

Could not have been any more helpful, I thought I had a problem with my laptop, he stripped it, checked it and found nothing wrong, he rebuilt it and didn't charge. Who can be fairer than that. Gets my business in future.
Best place for computer stuff and knowledge is great too.

There never open. Trailed up consett 4 times this week with my laptop and there closed even tho says open till 5pm.dont even amswer fone either pure waste of time
