From the moment I contacted Paul for a tow bar to be fitted to my VW Caddy he provided a very professional service. Kept me informed about delivery and fitting dates for the tow bar. On the day he arrived promptly, identified a potential problem with the location of the parking sensors, and came up with a solution with a change of tow ball that's ensured the parking sensors continue to work. The price was competitive as well, especially considering he came to me to fit it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Consett Tow Bars.
